At least, if you have a little tin for your <a href="https://pixelfed.art/discover/tags/watercolours?src=hash" class="u-url hashtag" rel="nofollow noopener" target="_blank">#watercolours</a> like I do. Ian JagoI was going to do a quick sketch for <a href="https://mastodon.art/tags/WatercolourChallenge" class="mention hashtag" rel="nofollow noopener" target="_blank">#WatercolourChallenge</a>.But this Moleskine "Watercolour" Notebook is shocking. It's impossible to put a wash on. The red should've covered the whole rectangle, but it literally beads up. The other colours ought to be smooth washes, but you seem to have to "push" the paint into the paper, meaning you're overworking everything and not evenly covering anything. Awful.
