Still a big mess back here. Stupid virginia creeper infestation. I massacred everything down with the decapacitator blade last autumn but the roots are unkillable and it will come back soon.
It climbs up the trees and chokes their branches, causing them to die off. I cut off some dead ones so I can at least pass through there for now. Before it was just jungle.
Not sure how to get a grip on this, perhaps remove all the junk from the ground and then rotavate it.
Sweeping tariffs imposed by U.S. President Donald Trump on Wednesday are set to increase prices of cannabis products in the country, as many firms rely on Asia for manufacturing.
Tins, vape hardware and specialized glass remain difficult to source domestically, and companies remain largely dependent on Asia particularly China.

One thing my neighbor who often bums cigarettes off me is good at is getting me back in some way or another. Frequently, like today, he'll give me a couple bowls worth of #weed or trade me something with decent value I never ask where he got it like a knockoff Polo watch or few working pairs of wireless earbuds that were better quality than the ones I had at that point.
What is this weed? Dug out of a Norfolk UK allotment bed.
We saw these little fuzzy leaves poking out of the ground in the middle of our asparagus bed. I dug around them trying to get as much out as possible and my little trowel hit something that went crunch... I dug out this large root/rhizome/tuber... clearly not all of it either. It's huge!
I've no idea what this is.
Edit: as identified by @laurenheywood this is a bryony of some sort ... we actually had this weed growing amongst the asparagus last year and thought it might be some sort of cucumber, but then it had red berries. Turns out it's related to cucumber! I assumed it was some annual, not something with a huge tuber! No we know.

#TheCrimeCats say the author was rudely awakened some time in the wee hours by a single sharp trill from the house's smoke alarm and was unable to get back to restful sleep. perfect day to go visit family.
Here's the horror show at my community garden that I described several days ago. The "tilled" section has been plowed and looks weed free and inviting. But in reality the lawn of common mugwort that was previously there has just been broken up into thousands of little clumps, soon to reestablish in areas of the garden that previously didn't have it. And then, just like in past years, gardeners will abandon their plots because the weeds are too thick and the vegetables can't compete. #allotment #garden #gardening #weed #nodig #tilling #plowing #mugwort
