There’s a reason why John Singer Sargent works large, these tiny facial features are hard 😆 Note to self, life sized or gtfo… also fine grained canvas and not my landscape roll 🫠

I've been able to put some good work into my next album over the past few weeks, here's a peek into the basic structure of what's likely to be the album ballad - if it stays as it is of course, there's still plenty of time to tweak things 😄

The interesting thing about painting, often time with value compression, you don’t make something look darker by adding more dark colors, you make its surrounding lighter. But when to do what is what makes a master, a master… (which I am not yet unfortunately 🥲)

16,9 Grad, es ist kühl und regnen soll es auch wieder.
Nun gut, dann sammle ich meine Ideen auf Papier. Da spökelt was im Oberstübchen. Allerdings muss ich auch schauen, ob ich das so umsetzen kann, wie ich mir das vorstelle. Ich denke schon, ich werde es sehen.
