For any of my fellow #FFXIV #Crafters and #Gatherers out there, I made a Teamcraft list for the new Splenderous Tools if it helps (has both DOH and DOL).

*Assuming max collectabilty turn-ins which gives 3 items. I haven't done the gathering ones, but assuming the same 60/90 items as crafters and perfect fishing collections.
EDIT: Having now started these myself, it looks like it's 60 items for Step 1 and 90 for Step 2, so I've adjusted the lists and posts accordingly.
Based on some quick math:
Crafters:
8 DoH classes x 1500 White Scrips = 12,000 Crafter White Scrips
Mats:
50x Select Titanium Plate = 2,500 Scrips
50x Select Smilodon Leather = 2,500 Scrips
50x Select Scarlet Moko Cloth = 2,500 Scrips
50x Select Pixieberry = 2,500 Scrips
50x Select Manganese Ingot = 2,500 Scrips
50x Select Ironwood Lumber = 2,500 Scrips
50x Select Hoptrap Leaf = 2,500 Scrips
50x Select Crystal Glass = 2,500 Scrips
= 20,000 Crafter White Scrips
Total: 32,000 White Scrips
Gatherers:
3 x DoL class x 1500 White Scrips = 4,500 Gatherer White Scrips
It took me ~385 bait to catch all of them, so expect to spend close to another 2K on scrip bait.
Total: ~6,500 Gathering White Scrips
Note: Just finished Fishing. The first set took about 120 bait. The Clavekeeper and Mirror Image are fast hooks, so you can save bait by reeling in early if you don't get a bite after like 5 seconds. The other two are (!!) hooks and you will lose some bait on single (!) hooks.
