EX1 Dungeonland: A huge bird has two adventurers grasped in its talons while another attacks with his spear. The rest of the party is already incapacitated. EX2 The Land Beyond the Magic Mirror: two adventurers in green cloaks and a fighter with an ornate helm attack a tree that is reaching for them with glowing vines. Dungeon Magazine #29: A scaley demon emerges from a glowing book in a library. Dungeon Masters Guide (two copies, one has duct tape on the spine): A wizard opens a set of nicely carved doors. Campaign Magazine #1: A red dragon seems to have just come in for a landing as a very heavily armored warrior on a horse wheels to face it. Realms of Fantasy Magazine: A dragon is looking hungrily at a woman in a white dress chained to a cliff face. A man wearing a white skirt is plunging a sword into its neck. Fiend Folio: A githyanki ( a creature that looks a bit like a skeletal elf), with gems on its tunic and belt wields an interesting sword.
