I’m not confident it will die with him. The culture of hatred and misinformation was here for at least a decade before he jumped in. There are any number of people ready to step up and a whole industry of right-wing propaganda to fawn over them when they emerge.
@deinol true, but there will be no one leader. They will tear into one another and each claim they are the one true inheritor. None will truly inherit. Don't get me wrong, we are looking at a 30 year arc just to get us back to the gains of the 1930s.
@deinol Yet they lack a holy writ, thus they are still a sect, not a full religion.
