Set a new batch of #yogurt to incubate overnight. The oven light creates sufficient warmth to keep my pot at a suitable temperature, no slow cooker needed. When it's ready in the morning, I will strain the living daylights out of it, making it super thick. Then all that #whey will serve as the liquid in various other dishes. Yogurt & Whey by Homa Dashtaki gave me the courage to experiment with adding it to soups.
