Grumbling Game Master

Not sure who originally made this parody but felt it was too good not to share.

@GrumblingGM Eh, I'd say the quality of the product is completely irrelevant to why Hasbro execs think they can get away with anything. That people keep buying from them, because it's the big brand name and only the OGL controversy even made a dent in the public consciousness (and even then only a fuzzy understanding of it), has a lot more to do with it.

@pteryx @GrumblingGM the OGL controversy only got any attention from people who were already into RPGs. It might have dislodged some D&D players but I think less than the people who jumped to Pathfinder to avoid 4th edition. (But even then, to people not following RPGs, Dungeons and Dragons was really the only brand they knew)

@GrumblingGM As a random deranged online game designer, I support this message... XD

@GrumblingGM Honestly I just don't like D&D as a system either. I just wanna get to the RP man I don't wanna pick a million spells and such

@GrumblingGM at least random deranged online game designers tend to charge less for their product. (Or at least have less essential rulebooks.)
