I’m a relapsed who’s gone from hating to absolutely loving it.

I boost lots of stuff (taps Alt text boiler plate caveat in the bio) and generally love a hobby natter.

@RollleafD So what happened to the guy who runs the actual infrastructure on warhammer.social? He's just utterly MIA? Surely that server is still costing money!

@virtualwolf not totally sure 😂Himself popped up in Nov saying he reckoned we should close as folks were moving from Twitter to Bluesky. Which as you say the Server is 100% out of his pocket - so a fair request. But we agreed he’d pop out a message to announce. Then he’s been MIA since (which isn’t unlike him - he was upfront that that was what he’d be like 😂). I’m scratching my head as, again, he’s clearly paying for a hosted service as the version of Mastodon is always up to date.

@virtualwolf think he’s lightly active on Twitter and Bsky. But would rather not cross that boundary - poor fella has a good number of toots and an couple of emails from me already 😂

@virtualwolf as much as it was more work shutting the thing down was with him MIA - I still haven’t a bad word for him. Mad hallion funded a server for two years 😅
