Today is my 365th day of HRT!
For the last year, I've been taking a selfie every day (without makeup, even!). Now I've turned them into a timelapse video so you can see a whole year of HRT changes in a little over thirty seconds.
I have been looking forward to sharing this for so long, I hope y'all enjoy it. :)

Right? It’s bonkers. But I’ve heard people repeating that HRT is useless after 25! Absolutely crippling misinformation.

I think they made a typo, missing out a ‘1’. Because I admit… HRT’s influence may be on the wane if you start at the age of 125.
