The leaked data comes from Conor Fitzpatrick, aka Pompompurin. He launched BreachForums v1 in 2022, which was seized by the FBI.

Th data was allegedly sold and has been circulating "among different threat actors, with one attempting to sell it for $150,000 later that month."
