Well, Square Enix is ending support for Windows 10. But I will never "upgrade" (downgrade) to Windows 11, so the day FFXIV no longer runs on my PC, I guess that's the end.

I'm just having a quick play of the demo of Teamcrafter, an old-school style game in terms of its look.

As some #FFXIV players will recognise, it's made by the player behind the Teamcraft site.

In their Steam game, you don't do the fighting, you're gathering and crafting to equip other adventurers to risk their lives.

What I'm doing is slowly levelling my healing jobs. I play them so infrequently that I have White Mage and Astro on L75/76. Both have to be on a round number before any future expansion, otherwise they get rounded down to the nearest 10.

I don't want dropping to L70 sometime next year just because something in #FFXIV means it can't cope with L75 when more content is added

almost forgot: 8BitDo Ultimate 2 passed the Kugane Tower test just fine. I praised the d-pad a lot previously, but the thumbsticks feel excellent, too

PS I've had this minion on this character for ages, so I probably acquired it from the Market Board.

But this is the Tora-jiro minion which is in the list of rewards for next week's Moogle Event. It has really cute animations so is totally worth getting, if you haven't already. And it's only 7 Mogtomes.

As I'm in #SurvivalMode and I've struggled to settle to anything, I'm going to play my "second main" in #FFXIV, so I can allow the story to take me along.

Anything like repetition, grinding or intense concentration is too much at the moment.

I've played a lot of mindless mobile games with this illness, which meant at least I could distract myself a bit. But my head is okay-ish with large screens, so I'm going to immerse myself for tonight.
