I'll be on Twitch most of the day, having fun and not doomscrolling or talking politics.
But first maybe a bike ride
Played some of the Hunting Pack (Get Lamar) new adversary mode in #GTAOnline today, and it's quite a lot of fun if people actually stay playing.
I didn't get the chance to actually drive the weed van though, before the server kicked me back to freemode.
Also Xbox Cloud Gaming ran perfectly with no glitching for a 40 minute session, unlike Forza often does. May just have been a good day, or something about GTA.
What's nice about #GTAV now coming back to #XboxGamePass is I can now just play some #GTAOnline on a whim whenever with Cloud Gaming, without having to download and hog 115 GB on my Series S.

Oh my god, GTA Online is so phenomenally bugged. 
I'd be *so* ashamed to let something like this run online for years, but apparently the suits at Take 2 / Rockstar neither know that feeling or… well… they only look at the profit numbers, which are still high. So why fixing something profitable.

The stretch goal of my Hot Wheels garage project was to have garages for both of my characters with the favorite Sports class vehicle for stunt races and matching BMX. Now thanks to the Type Z color selecting glitch for the BMX working again I was finally able to finish this project

For the past 18 years my vicious and abusive ex husband stalked me relentlessly online.
Well, *he* didn't do it himself, he doesn't have the wit or the chops to do that kind of thing. He'd convince friends and his current girlfriends to do it for him, and the mother of his daughter after my kids was the worst of the bunch. She knew what she was doing and could--and did--find me everywhere online. If there was a clue that would reveal my identity, she would find it. Some of it was due to a neighbor I had that worked in my ex's pot facility and would report snippets of personal information he'd overhear in the building.
Everything I was into and enjoyed got twisted by him in some sinister manner and used against me in family court. I became hypervigilant about my online presence. Deleted all my big box social media accounts and everything that had my picture or other identifying information. It's good security culture anyway in this day and age but mine was driven for the most part not so much by concern over the state knowing who I was, but by fear of my children's father finding another thing I loved and enjoyed and using it against me in family court so that I could no longer enjoy the thing and had to abandon it.
It really messed me up. Part of me is still waiting on tenterhooks for another proverbial shoe to drop. I may never get completely over what this did to me.
One of the biggest fears I had was that he'd find my gaming account and ruin that for me too. Video gaming has been my main passion for many years and has been my sole social outlet during COVID and since I shut down my FaceBorg account for the last time.
I realized a couple of days ago that I no longer have to hide my video game ID or presence because it doesn't matter anymore. My youngest is now 18 and lives with me by choice and his dad can't touch me in family court again. He can't twist my joy into pain.
So for my 60th birthday on the 27th I've arranged a YouTube stream of me and my other old woman friends playing GTA Onlline. It will be the first time I've announced us playing something anywhere other than our joint YouTube channel (that I share with my friend that I've gamed with for over 40 years, who I met while in high school, playing D&D). It will be silly and completely not serious and I'm inviting anyone who is interested to drop by and enjoy a bunch of old women cackling while acting the fool in San Andreas. It'll be on October 27 around 7:00 p.m. PDT.
Old women game too and we are hilarious.
