Welp, walked out of the coffee shop into a full-on #haboob. The entire sky is a dirty brown color, and sometimes the air smells like dirt. Perhaps this was not the best day to walk to the local watering hole and meeting place.

The sky isn't the color of a TV tuned to a dead channel, but rather the desert sands of West Texas.

CDPR wasn't too far off, were they? Cyberpunk and ecological dystopia, indeed.

Aaaaand yet another #haboob, this time from the west. That’s the third one in as many days, normally we get maybe 1-2 a year. It’s almost as if the climate is changing.

Another #haboob rolled in today, this time from the south. Much smaller than the monster that plowed through a couple of weeks ago, but it packed a lot more rain behind it.

I noticed a dust cloud peeking up beyond the nearby mountain earlier and was able to catch it rolling in as it got a bit closer.
