The formation of #Ford of Europe in 1967 ended duplication of model ranges between Ford’s separate British and German operations. In 2006, new CEO Alan Mulally started taking the process to its logical conclusion. Under his ‘One Ford’ programme, model duplication would be eliminated worldwide. A good example was this 2013 second-generation #Kuga, sold in almost identical form as the Escape in the US.
