If this is a real pic (and not a photoshop), the driver is a fool - their fairly new VW Transporter is #ULEZ compliant!

All they will achieve is to attract unwanted attention of #MetPol, up to £1000 fine for not having correct numberplates, when instead they would have had trouble free driving through the zone.
