About twenty years ago, I started having recurring dreams about a house on the outskirts of Fredericton. My dream house was out in the woods. One day, I went on an adventure to go find it. I went with my husband and a couple of friends. We walked out to where I was sure it was in my dreams and we looked around.

I'll admit I was hoping we'd find ruins or something, but there was nothing there but forest.

But I stopped having the dreams, so maybe I did kinda sorta find something. #dreams #house #DreamHouse #DreamQuest #quest

I rue missing out on a home (to buy): Gorgeous colonial tucked all the way in the back with a ~quarter-mile tree-lined private "boulevard", beautiful front yard and great backyard, 4+ acre lot, 65 acres of conservation land behind the house, 25-acre town forest on one side, and a neighbor at a distance with similar property on the other side.

That was 11 years ago, and I still rue it. 🥹
