This seems important. This person in Massachusetts had their oil tank serviced by the oil company regularly, yet when it cracked open and leaked oil they were financially responsible for the cleanup because they didn’t have the rider in their homeowners insurance.

It seems crazy that you could pay someone to service your oil tank and then when it breaks open because they didn’t say anything all those years it’s all on you.

Homeowners are fully responsible the state of Massachusetts does not compel insurance companies to cover homeowners with fuel oil for spill remediation. Nor, to the best of my knowledge, does it inform residents of the dangers of usingliquid fuel. Oil companies are not responsible for the oil tanks they service.

So for want of saying and the thinking the word "allegedly" enough this case might all fall apart.

IF the judges(who are also part of acab) are convinced the prosecution will not be able to talk about or use the fake ID charge, the gun charge and possibly the entire initial arrest as evidence.
