Perils & Princesses, by Ryan Lynch at Outrider Creative, is a gritty and pretty fairytale #TTRPG of unlikely adventurers facing wondrous dangers with humble magics.
It takes inspiration from the #OSR and #NSR movement, having a ruleset very much like the one in #Mausritter.
A perfect game with a strong and evocative theme for beginners and veterans alike, compatible with most old school adventures.

Interesting rpg, I wish I'd had that when my kid was in high school and looking to run a game for friends.

It can be played gritty and more unforgiving like many other OSR games, but the rules themselves strive for a softer fantasy, with lighter consequences for conflicts, while making them interesting.
