#USpolitics #TrumpsMainProblem
To be fair; Trump has loads of problems, is loaded with problems and IS a problem.
That said...
choosing the tarriff 'solution' he is forcing on the world, including penguins, as being THE main problem is perhaps presumptious. Let just say it's one of many.
The mans way to finding problems is creating them.
So why disrupt the, relatively stable, world economy. He claims that others are taking advantage of the 'goodwill' of the US. And well, in no time, there's that word [again] "the other". but lets get into that at the end.
Trump claims that the EU is taking advantage of the US by buying less American and selling to much European. Now how come?
Americans base their happiness on their success and their possesions: consumerism. So they want to buy stuff and want to buy it cheap. As a reaction their manufacturing had to be cheaper, so manufacturers went where production costs were cheaper. Free capitalism, right. Americans got used to ridiculously cheap products from low wage countries. At their finger tips one day delivery. Don't ask me how [please not now, I already have an headache] but capitalism provided.
Europeans base their happiness on their well-being while in the same capitalist environment. We don't like american products because of their low quality and price. We don't like your cars because they're too big, ugly, messy and expensive to drive. We don't like your food 'cause it's poisened. We don't like a lot of your goods 'cause of your production style: highly exploitive and ever a bad bargain.
So Trumps problem, as I understand it, is that 'the other' is doing it wrong. 'The other' is taking advantage, as long as he can blame 'the other'.
American would be wise to take a good healthy look at themselves. First the political [republican spine] problem: get rid of Trump and MAGA. This has been going on far too long and far too far. But then you're not done: take a good look at your own individual behaviour: do you 'work to life' or the other way round.
Where does your personal productivity come from ? Is it from punching your card or is it from actaly achieving something, preferably as a team. Preferably with universal healthcare, paid sick leave, paid holidays and unions. [or are you'all that perverted that when you have the chance you'all get sick, all of a sudden ?]
So, what is Trumps main problem ? It is alsways blaming someone else for his own fabricated problem. But if that's the way you like it, soit [French for alà] BUT DON'T BOTHER US/ME WITH IT.
If you want to destroy your country, I can't do a thing to stop you.
You'll have to do thát yourself.
