It’s believed the NYAG will conclude its presentation of the case this week, ending w/ #Ivanka Trump’s testimony slated for after her father’s.
She appealed the order compelling her testimony several times, & lost every time.
Justice #Engoron already found #Trump liable for “persistent & repeated” #fraud, in addition to #DonaldTrumpJr, #EricTrump, fmr #TrumpOrganization execs #AllenWeisselberg, #JeffMcConney, & several Trump business entities.
After that, Justice #Engoron called it a day.

NYAG questioned Eric about speaking to someone from Cushman & Wakefield in 2014 about the appraisal process.
Eric testified he remembered speaking to someone from the firm about it.

Eric: "it's just incorrect."
#DonaldTrumpJr said as the primary on most of the deals, he could have discussed them w/the accounting team, but if he did so it was w/o knowing they'd use the values on SFCs.
"I didn't give them a value of $246M. I could’ve sat there & gone through each one of the deals individually w/ #AllenWeisselberg, #JeffMcConney, #DonaldBender, & given them an idea of what I believe the cash flow coming from those deals would’ve been worth, not even knowing it was for the purposes of this” (the #SFC).
Now #JeffMcConney is testifying about the #valuation of #Trump’s #BriarcliffManor golf course.
McConney's valuation of the property changed from $25.1M in 2012 to >$100M in 2013.
#McConney said the jump was due to a Sept 25, 2013 phone call had w/ #EricTrump.

Trump's legal team this morning filed a stay request to the state #Appellate Division (#AD1), to halt the #trial & #dismiss #Engoron’s #SummaryJudgment. #Kise, who was Florida’s solicitor general, (the top FL appellate lawyer). So presumably he’s dealing w/ they stay.
Among other nefarious activities, you may recall from the #TrumpOrganization’s #criminal trial that #JeffMcConney was the guy who kept a secret log to track reduced salaries & corresponding perks for #AllenWeisselberg & others, which led to separate books being provided to the #IRS.
Commenting on the nitpickiness of #CliffRobert's questioning, Justice #Engoron quipped that it was beginning to sound like Bill Clinton being questioned about "what the definition of 'is' is."
After some brief re-direct, #Bender is done testifying (sheesh, felt like Turturro in Quiz Show there for a bit) & the AG's office has called its 2nd witness, fmr #TrumpOrganization snr VP #JeffMcConney.
Another attorney for #Trump's side, #CliffRobert, grilled #Bender about the number of times he's testified that he can't remember something since he first took the stand on Monday.
"Over the last few days, you have said 'I don’t recall' or 'I don’t remember' over 90 times?" Robert asked. "I believe that’s right," Bender answered.
He then pressed him on his dealings w/ #JeffMcConney, a senior VP at the #TrumpOrganization w/whom Bender worked closely.
The trial resumed w/o #Trump, the mood in the courtroom considerably lighter now that he is is gone.
#Engoron allowed an interruption to #Bender’s testimony to accommodate #CameronHarris, the partner at #WhitleyPenn who handled Trump’s #accounting work after #Mazars resigned in 2020.
#Harris is now discussing the role of #JeffMcConney, the #TrumpOrg comptroller, in their engagement to compile the statements of financial condition.
