Forget You Not ep 4
Forget You Not ep 3
Forget You Not ep 2
I'm in a funk where I'm not ready to dive in to a new long drama but nothing else is interesting right now. Movies tend to fit the bill instead in these moods.
So I watched the #TaiwaneseDrama movie #IAmTheSecretInYourHeart and enjoyed it! Taiwan movies and dramas seem to be energetic and feisty and silly and horny and also really full of heart.
I did NOT expect it to end the way it did, honestly, but it was still a good ending.
Caution: sick dog storyline
#Introduction remake for 2025
I have deep, varying interests and post frequently. I currently love:
* music! #kpop stars #EXO, especially D.O. #도경수 #디오 #DohKyungsoo and #SUHO #수호 , plus #SHINee #끼 Key and #ONEW #온유
* #kdrama, #cdrama, #ThaiDrama, and #TaiwaneseDrama
* learning! I am a #LanguageLearner
* #hockey! #PWHL and local junior hockey league games
* #Unschooling my kid
I'm here to learn, share joys, and make connections with people.
End of the Year Drama Challenge
Day 20
A drama that made you sad or cry
*From this year:
-Joy of Life 2
There were many moments when it made me cry, especially the ones where the Fan family is involved. Fan Jian saying he's proud of Fan Sizhe. Or when Fan Xian tells Fan Jian and Madam Fan his surname will be Fan in the future. Or when the old censor died.
-Let Free the Curse of Taekwondo
It was a sad show with the precise dose of hope. But some parts made me cry because of how raw they were.
*Shows I watched this year that are not from this year but made me cry:
-Oh, no! Here Comes Trouble (2023)
I cried a lot. But I also laughed a lot. And then I cried again. I loved it.
-Nirvana in Fire (2015)
-He's Coming to Me (2019)
-A Tale of Thousand Stars (2021)
-Moonlight Chicken (2023)
-Under the microscope (2023) (yes, I cried with this one )
I think I am a cryer, oops
End of the Year Drama Challenge Day 19:
A drama that made you laugh?
Miss Shampoo (Taiwan, 2023)
I cackled so much. About a gangster boss in Taiwan falling in love with a hairdresser with questionable skills. I rated this 10/10 because it has heart, hilarity, and is just fun.

Day 12
A platonic relationship you loved?
There's the one between Yai and Tharn in The Sign. Yai is like a brother to Tharn, he's always been there for him and is the one who knows about his visions and his trauma from losing his loved ones.
Then there's the the friendship of Yi Yong, Guang Yan, and Chu Ying in Oh, no! Here Comes Trouble. I loved the way it grows and how they end up caring so much about each other (I know this is from a 2023 show but I just watched it aaand I just loved it so I'm including it).
I could name so many friendships but it's late and I'm sleepy.
