#jonseekers wait for results of the challenges they take between the jobs , to position ourselves in the competition and peg our expectations accordingly or discover our current interests , strength and weekness outside the workplace st we can communicate and play on them we re asked about them in the interview.
For that to happen we need #worklifebalance and that's the hardest thing to reason . Hence we switch jobs .
That's the gap in the #resume and holes in our pockets , which affects the #stayingpower and that's why #hrnegotiations revolve on the workload and pay beyond the #costofliving
Even if one hits the sweetspot without a #burnout, its one's prerogative how one utilizes that work life balance ( spare time) , depending on their exposure and whatever delicate position they re in , some utilize it to try their hand at some professional challenge , results of which , if not negative or false positives, they can communicate next time , even with that they need find the place which values it more than nothing, most of them would not and prefer that you did that on previous site and how your manager at that time valued them , which roughly means did you do whatever you were told to :)

I hope this proposed change to workers' rights and employment regulations goes ahead. Enshrining the right to work from home would be excellent for work-life balance, such as family time spent together, and reducing the pollution and time-waste of commuting to work. It would also help to prevent some abusive managers from attempting that bait-and-switch where they hire people for remote work and then issue a "return to office" order.
