First long #run after my #UTMB #OCC DNF. Still processing what went wrong, and today felt I just needed to do a familiar route and push it harder to see what happened. Result was no GI issues, but did get HR drift =dehydration. Trying to figure out a way to replicate the GI issues that led to my DNF, without the altitude and elevation of #Chamonix 🏃‍♂️🏃‍♂️🏃‍♂️
