The Difference Between Fear And Love

You think our encounter was a #mistake because all the stuff comes to the light, that was hidden in the darkest corners of our hearts.

I think it's a blessing because, in each other's presence, our light becomes so bright that it melts away this darkness.

She sees the dragon and does not blink. The monster stares at her, opens its mouth, and breathes fire.

For a moment, panic rises inside, like the flames that surround her. She can feel the migration of atoms in her body, changing her, but not causing harm. One cannot deny the sigil has worked. No esoteric cult did this, but merely an open heart filled with love.

The flames ebb away, and the dragon smiles.

Eggs, beer, cheese. Hopefully, whoever lost this list has windows that open. I don’t know why I picked it up. I’ve a drawer filled with wrinkled notes scribbled by strangers. I read every one. My dad used to give everyone who appeared at our door an #orange. Not everything needs to be explained.

With #scathing tongue, you #carve your memory on my soul. White #laundry on the line, #sapphire sky turns black.
They say hard knocks #forge you. But how can I love my #neighbour if I can't love myself?
Remembering how life once was #colourful, I spread my wings and stop #falling.
